IMPORTANT DISCLOSURES

1-Stop Travel Shop for Worldwide Travel is a PRIVATE document assistance and travel concierge service. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or official government agency of any country.

We DO NOT provide legal advice, immigration counseling, or any form of legal representation. Our services are limited to clerical data entry and document submission assistance only.

Visa approval or denial is at the SOLE DISCRETION of the destination country's government. 1-Stop Travel Shop is NOT liable for visa denials, travel delays, trip cancellations, financial losses, or any other damages arising from the use of our services.

Section 1: Nature of Services

1-Stop Travel Shop provides private concierge-style document assistance services. The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Service Provider's role is strictly limited to: (1) Clerical data entry of Client-provided information into third-party portals; (2) Uploading Client-provided documents to applicable platforms; (3) Submitting completed applications as directed by the Client; (4) Making travel bookings and reservations as instructed by the Client.

The Service Provider does not evaluate, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or sufficiency of any information or documents provided by the Client.

Section 2: No Government Affiliation

1-Stop Travel Shop for Worldwide Travel is a private business entity and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or connected to any government embassy, consulate, immigration office, department of state, home office, or any other governmental authority of any country worldwide.

Any fees charged by the Service Provider are for concierge and clerical assistance services only and are separate from any government-imposed fees, visa application fees, or consular charges.

Section 3: No Legal Advice

The Service Provider does not provide legal advice, immigration counseling, legal representation, or any services that constitute the practice of law. The Client is advised to seek independent legal counsel for any legal questions or concerns regarding immigration matters, visa eligibility, or travel restrictions.

Section 4: Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Client agrees that the Service Provider shall NOT be held liable for any of the following: (1) Visa denial, revocation, or delay by any government authority; (2) Travel delays, trip cancellations, missed flights, or itinerary disruptions; (3) Financial losses of any kind, including non-refundable tickets, hotel reservations, tour packages, or event tickets; (4) Errors or omissions resulting from inaccurate information provided by the Client; (5) Technical failures or system errors on third-party platforms; (6) Changes in government policies, regulations, or visa requirements; (7) Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Section 5: Assumption of Risk

The Client acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with international travel, including but not limited to health risks, safety concerns, political instability, natural disasters, and changes to entry requirements. The Client agrees that the Service Provider bears no responsibility for events beyond its reasonable control.

Section 6: Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Service Provider, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from: (a) The Client's breach of any obligation under this Waiver; (b) Inaccurate information provided by the Client; (c) The Client's violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

Section 7: Refund & Cancellation Policy

In compliance with California Business & Professions Code §17550.14–17550.16 (Seller of Travel Act): (1) Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the travel date receive a 100% full refund of all service fees — no penalty; (2) Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the travel date receive a 50% refund — the remaining 50% is retained for research and coordination work already completed; (3) After the travel date or no-show, fees are non-refundable as all concierge work has been completed. For travel packages sold directly, the same tiers apply; however, any non-refundable third-party costs (flights, permits, accommodations) may be deducted per each provider's own policy. If services are cancelled by the Service Provider and not provided to the Client, all sums paid for undelivered services will be refunded within 10 business days. Government filing fees are controlled by the issuing government and may be non-refundable by the Service Provider. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Section 8: Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Waiver shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the jurisdiction where the Service Provider maintains its principal place of business.

Section 9: Severability

If any provision of this Waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
