Concierge Service Agreement & Limited Power of Attorney

Recitals
1-Stop Travel Shop for Worldwide Travel operates a private travel concierge and document assistance service that helps clients prepare and submit travel-related applications, including but not limited to electronic visa (eVisa) applications, travel authorizations, and booking confirmations.
The Client wishes to engage the Service Provider to assist with the preparation, data entry, and submission of travel documents on the Client's behalf. The Client understands and agrees that such assistance requires the Service Provider to access and input the Client's personal and sensitive information into third-party government portals and travel platforms.
Section 1: Scope of Services
The Service Provider shall act as a clerical assistant to the Client, performing data entry and document submission services as directed by the Client. Services may include:
(a) Inputting Client-provided personal data into destination country eVisa and travel authorization portals; (b) Uploading Client-provided supporting documents (passport scans, photographs, itineraries); (c) Reviewing application forms for completeness prior to submission; (d) Making travel bookings and reservations as instructed by the Client; (e) Communicating with third-party service providers on behalf of the Client when necessary.
The Service Provider acts solely as a clerical assistant and does not make independent decisions regarding the content, accuracy, or completeness of any application or document submitted.
Section 2: Limited Power of Attorney
The Client hereby grants the Service Provider a LIMITED POWER OF ATTORNEY to perform the following specific acts on the Client's behalf:
(a) Access and input the Client's personal information into official destination country government portals, embassy websites, and authorized third-party visa processing platforms; (b) Upload supporting documentation provided by the Client to the aforementioned portals; (c) Submit completed applications electronically on the Client's behalf; (d) Receive and forward confirmation numbers, receipts, and approval notifications to the Client.
This Power of Attorney is limited in scope to the Services described herein and does not extend to any other legal, financial, or personal matters. This Power of Attorney shall automatically terminate upon completion of the requested Services or upon written revocation by the Client, whichever occurs first.
Section 3: Client Certification of Data Accuracy
IMPORTANT CLIENT CERTIFICATION
By agreeing to these terms, the Client certifies and warrants that: (i) All personal information, documents, and data provided to the Service Provider are 100% accurate, truthful, current, and complete; (ii) The Client has not knowingly withheld, falsified, or misrepresented any information; (iii) The Client understands that providing false information to a foreign government may result in visa denial, travel bans, legal penalties, or criminal prosecution; (iv) The Client accepts full responsibility for the accuracy and truthfulness of all information provided.
Section 4: Data Privacy and Confidentiality
The Service Provider shall handle all Client personal data with reasonable care and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Client data shall be used solely for the purpose of performing the Services and shall not be disclosed to any third party except as required to complete the requested Services. Upon completion of the Services or upon Client's written request, the Service Provider shall delete or return all copies of Client personal data within thirty (30) business days, except where retention is required by law.
Section 5: Service Fees and Payment
The Client agrees to pay the applicable service fee(s) as quoted at the time of purchase. All fees are earned upon commencement of Services and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the Service Provider's refund policy. Government filing fees, visa fees, and third-party charges are separate from the concierge fee and are the Client's responsibility.
Section 6: Term and Termination
This Agreement shall remain in effect from the Effective Date until the completion of the requested Services, unless terminated earlier. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice. In the event of termination by the Client prior to completion of Services, the Service Provider retains all fees paid for work already performed.
Section 7: Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which the Service Provider maintains its principal place of business, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Section 8: Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written.
