2. Use of Services

1-Stop Travel Shop provides a comprehensive platform for travel planning and booking, including hotel reservations, flight bookings, trip planning assistance, and access to our experience marketplace featuring unique travel activities and local tours. Our services are designed to help you organize and book your travel needs conveniently in one location.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the website. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, and disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our website.

As a user, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breaches of security.

3. Booking & Payment

Payment Processing

All payments on 1-Stop Travel Shop are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store complete credit card information on our servers. By proceeding with payment, you authorize 1-Stop Travel Shop and Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, including all applicable taxes and fees.

Refund Policy — Travel Packages

The following refund tiers apply only to travel packages purchased through our platform. Refund eligibility is determined by when you request the cancellation:

  • Within 24 hours of purchase: 100% full refund — no fee, no questions asked. Cancel for any reason within 24 hours of your original purchase and receive a complete refund.
  • After 24 hours of purchase, but more than 24 hours before travel: Refund minus a 7% processing fee. This fee covers payment processor charges (3–4%) and administrative costs incurred on your behalf.
  • Less than 24 hours before travel: 50% refund. The remaining 50% is retained to cover non-refundable provider commitments and coordination work already completed.
  • After travel date / No-show: Non-refundable. All services have been arranged and delivered.

Concierge & Service Fees — Non-Refundable

Concierge fees, booking service fees, and any research or planning fees are non-refundable once the service has been rendered. These fees compensate for work already completed on your behalf, including itinerary research, vendor coordination, visa processing assistance, and booking management. Because this work is performed immediately upon engagement, refunds cannot be issued for these services.

Service Failure Guarantee

If we fail to provide the booked service and the failure is not caused by the customer (e.g., missed flights due to customer's own actions, failure to meet visa requirements after advisement, no-show), you will receive a full refund of all sums paid for the undelivered services. We stand behind our commitments — if we cannot deliver what was promised, you should not pay for it.

Third-party provider policies: Hotels, airlines, tours, and other providers we book on your behalf have their own cancellation policies. Any non-refundable third-party costs may be deducted from your package refund. We will always inform you of provider terms before confirming bookings.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days per California BPC §17550.16. Travel insurance, if purchased separately, may cover additional cancellation scenarios and should be reviewed independently.

Payment Disputes

If you dispute a charge on your account, please contact us immediately at the email or phone number provided in the Contact section. We will investigate your claim and work with Stripe and the relevant travel providers to resolve the matter fairly and in accordance with payment processor standards.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of 1-Stop Travel Shop, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering for an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activities that occur under your account credentials.

If you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must notify us immediately. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account. You may be held liable for losses incurred by us or other parties due to someone else using your account without your permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in any fraudulent or unlawful activity. Upon termination, your right to use the website ceases immediately.

5. Intellectual Property

The content on the 1-Stop Travel Shop website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, is the property of 1-Stop Travel Shop or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, or sell any content from the website without explicit written permission from 1-Stop Travel Shop. This includes scraping, data mining, or automated extraction of information from the website.

User-generated content submitted to our platform (such as reviews or photos) grants 1-Stop Travel Shop a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with our services. 11. California Seller of Travel Disclosure

Registration

1-stoptravelshopforworldwidetravel (dba 1-stoptravelshopforworldwidetravel) is registered as a Seller of Travel in the State of California — CST 2172127-70.

Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California.

Travel Consumer Restitution Fund (TCRF)

This transaction is covered by the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund (TCRF) if the seller of travel was registered and participating in the TCRF at the time of sale and the passenger is located in California at the time of payment. Eligible passengers may file a claim with TCRF if the passenger is owed a refund of more than $50 for transportation or travel services which the seller of travel failed to forward to a proper provider or such money was not refunded to you when required. The maximum amount which may be paid by the TCRF to any one passenger is the total amount paid on behalf of the passenger to the seller of travel, not to exceed $15,000. A claim must be submitted to the TCRF within 12 months after the scheduled completion date of the travel. A claim must include sufficient documentation to prove your claim and a $35 processing fee. Claimants must agree to waive their right to other civil remedies against a registered participating seller of travel for matters arising out of a sale for which you file a TCRF claim. You may request a claim form by writing to: Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation, 468 Manzanita Ave., Suite 1, Chico, CA 95926; or by visiting TCRC's website at: www.tcrcinfo.org.

Cancellation & Refund

Upon cancellation of the transportation or travel services, where the passenger is not at fault and has not canceled in violation of any terms and conditions previously clearly and conspicuously disclosed and agreed to by the passenger, all sums paid to the seller of travel for services not provided will be promptly paid to the passenger, unless the passenger advises the seller of travel in writing, after cancellation. This provision does not apply where the seller of travel has remitted the payment to another registered wholesale seller of travel or a carrier, without obtaining a refund, and where the wholesaler or provider defaults in providing the agreed-upon transportation or service. In this situation, the seller of travel must provide the passenger with a written statement accompanied by bank records establishing the disbursement of the payment, and if disbursed to a wholesale seller of travel, proof of current registration of that wholesaler.

Purchase Money Protection

Payments made via credit card are not required to be maintained in a trust account or protected by a surety bond pursuant to California Business & Professions Code Section 17550.15(j). This seller of travel accepts credit card payments only and does not maintain a trust account or surety bond for such transactions.
