Your continued use of the website following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
2. Use of Services
1-Stop Travel Shop provides a comprehensive platform for travel planning and booking, including hotel reservations, flight bookings, trip planning assistance, and access to our experience marketplace featuring unique travel activities and local tours. Our services are designed to help you organize and book your travel needs conveniently in one location.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the website. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, and disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our website.
As a user, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breaches of security.
3. Booking & Payment
Payment Processing
All payments on 1-Stop Travel Shop are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store complete credit card information on our servers. By proceeding with payment, you authorize 1-Stop Travel Shop and Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, including all applicable taxes and fees.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy applies uniformly to all services and packages. As a travel concierge, you pay us for research, planning, and booking coordination. Refund tiers are based on cancellation timing relative to your travel date:
- •24 hours or more before travel: 100% full refund of all fees paid — cancel with no penalty, no questions asked.
- •Less than 24 hours before travel: 50% refund. The remaining 50% is retained for research, coordination, and booking work already completed on your behalf.
- •After travel date / No-show: Non-refundable. All concierge work has been completed and services delivered.
Third-party bookings: Hotels, airlines, tours, and other providers we book on your behalf have their own cancellation policies. Any non-refundable third-party costs may be deducted from your refund. We will always inform you of provider terms before confirming bookings.
Travel packages: Pre-built packages we sell directly follow the same cancellation tiers above. Since packages include third-party provider bookings (flights, permits, accommodations), non-refundable provider costs may be deducted from your refund per each provider's own policy.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days per California BPC §17550.16. If we cancel services and fail to provide them, you will receive a full refund of all sums paid for undelivered services. Travel insurance, if purchased, may cover additional cancellation scenarios and should be reviewed separately.
Payment Disputes
If you dispute a charge on your account, please contact us immediately at the email or phone number provided in the Contact section. We will investigate your claim and work with Stripe and the relevant travel providers to resolve the matter fairly and in accordance with payment processor standards.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features of 1-Stop Travel Shop, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering for an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activities that occur under your account credentials.
If you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must notify us immediately. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account. You may be held liable for losses incurred by us or other parties due to someone else using your account without your permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in any fraudulent or unlawful activity. Upon termination, your right to use the website ceases immediately.
5. Intellectual Property
The content on the 1-Stop Travel Shop website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, is the property of 1-Stop Travel Shop or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
